Medical Facilities

Healthcare cleaning is our specialty!

brothers-janitorial-services-1In addition to general cleaning, we also offer medical-specific cleaning for doctor’s offices, hospitals and other patient-care facilities. This includes floor care, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and window cleaning.

At CBM, we specialize in medical facility cleaning. As a result, nearly half of the clients we service are healthcare related businesses!

Smaller healthcare facilities, like private practice doctor’s offices, birthing centers, outpatient care, and drop in clinics, have their own unique cleaning protocols we are prepared to address with our personalized cleaning plans. Larger health-care facilities, like medical labs, public hospitals, private hospitals, children’s hospitals and emergency room clinics also have their own unique individual needs. Whatever type of medical facility you have, we can tailor an infection control cleaning program to meet your needs!

Sterilization and Disinfection

Sterilization and disinfection are common requirements for cleaning licensedmost areas of a medical facility. Sterilization involves cleaning with powerful chemicals that destroy all known microbial life. Disinfection means only killing specific types of pathogens and microorganisms. If required with either procedure we will be using only hospital grade disinfectants.

Rules, Regulations and Laws

When CBM cleans your medical facility, we assume that every surface of the physician’s office, dentist office or medical office we clean poses a potential risk to themselves, the nurses, doctors, medical staff, patients, and visitors to the facility. That’s why we carefully follow the regulations established by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for mitigating exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Building janitorial ServiceWhen cleaning surgery centers or other patient treatment areas, our staff wears proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including latex or rubber gloves and eye protection when needed. Wearing PPE assures that our cleaning staff does not touch contaminated surfaces, and protects them from splashes and spills of any contaminated items.

Medical Cleaning at a Reasonable Cost

We at CBM are dedicated to delivering the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost. We don’t do this by cutting corners on labor and supplies. We simply know how to run lean and mean. Since we are locally owned and operated, we have lower overhead and more flexibility than many of our competitors. For you, this translates into better service at a lower cost!cert_prods
